A flat move and a villa move are different jobs, and companies that price them the same get one of them wrong. A two-bedroom flat is about access: lifts, stairs, parking. A villa is about volume and variety: multiple floors, garden furniture, appliances, storage rooms, sometimes a maid’s room and a majlis.
Flat and apartment shifting
For studios through three-bedroom flats, mostly in the towers of Juffair, Seef, Manama and Adliya:
- Service lift booking and building permissions arranged in advance
- Protection for lifts, corridors and lobby floors
- Furniture dismantled and reassembled
- Same-day completion for most flats up to two bedrooms
Villa and compound shifting
For villas in Saar, Hamala, Budaiya, Janabiyah, Riffa and the compounds:
- Free on-site survey before quoting. Villa contents cannot be estimated over the phone
- Larger crew and multiple vehicles where needed
- Wardrobes, beds and large dining sets dismantled and rebuilt
- Appliance disconnection and reinstallation: washing machines, fridges, ACs where removable
- Garden and outdoor furniture, storage rooms and garages included in the survey, not treated as extras on the day

How we protect fragile items
Glassware, mirrors, TVs, artwork and marble tops account for almost every damage claim in this industry. We handle them separately: double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, corner protection, and custom crates for anything that cannot be safely boxed. Items are packed by category, not just by room, so nothing heavy ends up on top of anything fragile.
