Compound and Gated Community Access
Several Saar compounds require contractor registration or advance notice before a moving crew can enter, and some restrict vehicle size or moving hours. We contact the management office and arrange access before the day, so your crew is not sitting at a gate.
What a Saar Villa Move Involves
- Multiple floors. Wardrobes, beds and heavy dining sets dismantled on the upper floors and rebuilt at the new house.
- Garden and outdoor items. Outdoor furniture, planters, barbecues, children's play equipment, sometimes garden storage. These get counted in the survey, not treated as day-of extras.
- Appliances. Washing machines, fridges, freezers, and removable AC units where applicable — disconnected, moved and reinstalled.
- Storage rooms and garages. Almost always the most underestimated part of a villa move. We open them during the survey.
- Maid's rooms and majlis. Counted properly. A furnished majlis alone can be a significant part of the load.
