A crew that turns up expecting a loading bay and a lift loses the whole morning.
What We Plan for in Adliya
- Stairs, not lifts. Many Adliya buildings are walk-ups. We send a larger crew rather than a smaller one, because carrying a wardrobe down three flights with two people is how furniture and backs get broken.
- Narrow street access. We assess the road before quoting and send a vehicle that actually fits. Sometimes that means a smaller van shuttling to a larger truck parked further out.
- Restaurant and café traffic. Adliya congests in the evenings. We schedule morning starts.
- Older building fabric. Tight stairwells, low ceilings, older doorframes. Furniture gets dismantled more often here than anywhere else in Bahrain, and we come prepared to do it.
Flats, Studios and Converted Villas
Adliya has an unusual housing mix — studios and small flats alongside older villas, some converted into apartments or offices. We handle all of them, and the survey is what tells us which crew and vehicle to send.
