We move in and out of Juffair buildings constantly, and we plan around the building before we plan around the boxes.
What We Handle Before Your Move Day
- Service lift booking. Most Juffair towers require the lift to be reserved in advance and often restrict moving to specific hours. We contact building management and lock the slot.
- Security and permissions. Many buildings need crew details or a move-out clearance from the landlord or management office. We prepare the paperwork with you.
- Parking and loading access. Several Juffair roads have no loading bay. We assess access first and send the right vehicle size instead of a truck that cannot get in.
- Protecting shared areas. Lift panels, corridors and lobby floors get covered. Buildings hold deposits over exactly this kind of damage.
Furnished, Semi-Furnished and Short-Notice Moves
Juffair runs on shorter tenancies than the rest of Bahrain, which means a lot of moves are urgent and a lot of flats are furnished or semi-furnished.
- Studio and one-bedroom flats — small, fast, often same-day.
- Furnished flats — we move only what is yours, working from your inventory so nothing belonging to the landlord leaves.
- Short-notice moves — if your notice period is tight, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
- Storage between tenancies — if there is a gap between handover and move-in. Confirm: storage
Moving Out of Juffair Entirely?
If you are leaving Bahrain, two things need to happen alongside the move: closing your EWA account so your security deposit can be refunded, and giving your landlord proper written notice. Bahrain's lease law requires notice to the landlord by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, at least three months before the agreement expires. Verify: lease law Start both early — they take longer than the packing does.
